About Us
My Agency Foreign Employment Agent PLC sources, trains and supplies Ethiopian domestic workforce to licensed recruitment agencies and corporates across the GCC and the Levant. We work office to office. Every candidate we place moves against a partner agency's demand letter, not a direct booking from a household.
Why we chose the wholesale model
Most manpower suppliers in Ethiopia sell to households and agencies at once, and the two businesses pull in different directions: a household wants one worker, fast, while an agency needs a predictable pipeline it can plan a calendar around. We picked one side. Everything we do, from how we size our candidate pool to how we structure documentation, is built for agencies placing repeat volume, not for one-off placements.
What we actually control
Sourcing happens across several Ethiopian regions, so our pipeline does not depend on a single labor market having a good month. Every candidate passes identity verification, police clearance, medical fitness screening and reference checks before entering our talent pool. Our own training academy in Addis Ababa runs household-skills, orientation and language modules by category before departure, so a candidate arrives briefed rather than needing correction on the ground.
What we do not control, and say so
Visa processing, embassy attestation and destination-market registration systems like Musaned, Tadbeer and Sanad move at their own pace. We tell partner agencies honestly when a market is running slower than usual instead of promising a date we cannot hold. A wholesale relationship only works if both sides can actually plan around what we say.
Licensing
My Agency is licensed by the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills for foreign employment and labor export. No recruitment fees are charged to candidates. Sourcing costs are carried within the agency-to-agency partnership agreement, not passed to the worker.
