O2O Wholesale Partner

People, prepared for the homes and businesses you serve.

My Agency sources, vets, trains and documents Ethiopian domestic workforce, then supplies it wholesale to licensed GCC agencies and corporates: office to office, batch by batch, against your demand letter.

How our O2O model works
Licensed by the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills · Addis Ababa
Built for compliance-first partners
A wholesale partner, not a household agency.
In-house training academy

A wholesale partner, not a household agency.

My Agency Foreign Employment Agent PLC was built to serve one kind of client: licensed recruitment agencies and corporates in the GCC that need a predictable, compliant pipeline of Ethiopian domestic workforce, not a single household booking.

Our own training academy in Addis Ababa runs household-skills, orientation and language modules before any candidate is offered against your demand letter, so batches arrive briefed and ready rather than needing on-the-ground correction.

Four commitments behind every batch we supply.

We built our operation around the things a compliance-conscious partner agency actually checks.

1

Ethical recruitment

No candidate fees, no coercive contracts. Every placement is voluntary and disclosed in plain language before departure.

2

In-house training academy

Household-skills, language and orientation modules run on our own premises, not outsourced to a third party we can't audit.

3

Government compliance

Licensed and audited by the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills, with documentation matched to each destination market's requirements.

4

Wholesale scale

Our pipeline is sized for repeat demand letters, not one-off placements. Batches, not bookings.

8+ Years of combined field-recruitment leadership

Built to pass your compliance review.

Everything a partner agency's legal team typically asks for, documented as standard.

Government licensing on file, renewed annually
Transparent, contract-based candidate agreements
Zero-fee ethical recruitment policy
Full documentation trail per candidate
Post-placement welfare monitoring
Structured dispute-resolution process

What partner agencies say about supplying through My Agency.

“The batches arrive with paperwork already matched to our demand letter. That alone cuts our processing time significantly.”

Questions partner agencies ask us first.

Are you licensed to export domestic workforce from Ethiopia?
Yes. My Agency Foreign Employment Agent PLC is licensed by the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills, and our license is renewed and audited annually.
What is a typical lead time for a demand letter?
Lead times vary by category, quantity and destination market, and are confirmed once we receive your demand letter: typically several weeks to allow for vetting, training and documentation.
How thorough is your vetting process?
Every candidate passes identity verification, police clearance, medical fitness screening and reference checks before entering our talent pool, regardless of the destination.
Do you sign a formal supply agreement?
Yes. We work under a wholesale supply agreement with each partner agency covering categories, pricing, volumes and replacement terms before any demand letter is processed.
What happens if a placement doesn't work out?
Our agreements include a defined replacement policy within an agreed window, handled directly with your agency rather than the household.
Can you supply for facilities and hotels, not just households?
Yes. Our Corporate & Facility Staffing service is built specifically for hotel groups, facility managers and corporate housing operators needing volume placements.
