Partner agencies ask us for a single number more often than any other question: how long does this take? The honest answer is that it depends on category, quantity and destination market, but here is what actually drives the timeline, step by step.
Sourcing and shortlisting: about one to two weeks
How fast we can build a shortlist depends mostly on category. Housemaid and cleaner candidates come from our largest pool, so this stage moves quickly. More specialized categories, like cooks with a specific cuisine background, can take longer to match well.
Vetting: about one to two weeks
Identity verification, police clearance and reference checks run in parallel where possible, but police clearance processing time is outside our control and varies by region.
Medical clearance: about one week
Medical fitness examinations follow a standard protocol, but results and any required follow-up tests add time if a candidate needs a retest.
Training: two to four weeks depending on category
This is usually the longest single stage, and it is also the one we will not shorten under pressure. A rushed training module produces a candidate who needs correction on the ground, which costs your agency more time than the training itself.
Visa and travel: variable, market-dependent
This stage is largely outside our control. Musaned, Tadbeer and Sanad processing times, embassy attestation and flight availability all affect the final leg, and we will tell you honestly when a market is running slower than usual rather than promise a date we cannot hold.
Added together, a realistic range for a standard category is six to ten weeks from signed demand letter to deployment. Specialized categories or markets with heavier documentation requirements run longer. We would rather give you that range up front than a shorter number we cannot keep.
