My Agency Foreign Employment Agent PLC ("My Agency", "we") collects only the information necessary to process partnership inquiries and candidate placements: contact details submitted through our forms, and candidate documentation handled under separate agency agreements.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information submitted through our website contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where a partnership proceeds, to prepare a service agreement.

Candidate personal data collected during recruitment is handled under Ethiopian labor-migration regulations and shared only with the destination agency named in the relevant demand letter, and with government bodies where legally required.
