These terms govern use of the My Agency Foreign Employment Agent PLC website and initial inquiries submitted through it. They do not constitute a service agreement. A formal partnership agreement is executed separately with each partner agency before any candidate placement begins.

My Agency operates a wholesale, office-to-office model: we do not accept direct household placement requests through this website. Inquiries from individual households will be redirected to a licensed retail partner where available.

Candidate batches are supplied against a signed demand letter and are subject to the documentation, medical clearance and training timelines described on our Process page. Lead times vary by market and category and are confirmed per demand letter, not guaranteed by this website.
