Questions Worth Asking Any Wholesale Manpower Supplier

We would rather your agency vet us properly than sign a demand letter without asking hard questions. These are the questions we think any partner agency should put to any supplier, including us.

Who holds the government license, and can I see it?

A legitimate O2O wholesale supplier should be able to name their licensing authority directly and share documentation, not just claim to be "government approved" without specifics.

What does your training curriculum actually cover, by category?

Ask for the module breakdown, not a general claim that candidates are "fully trained." A supplier that cannot describe what happens in training week by week has not thought carefully about it.

What is your replacement policy in writing?

Verbal assurances are not a policy. Ask for replacement terms, timelines and conditions in the partnership agreement before your first demand letter, not after your first problem.

How do you handle Musaned, Tadbeer or Sanad registration?

If you operate under one of these government platforms, the supplier should already understand how their documentation process aligns with it, not learn about it from your first demand letter.

Can you show me a realistic timeline, with reasons?

Be cautious of a supplier who promises the same fast turnaround for every category and market regardless of complexity. A supplier who explains what determines the timeline, rather than just quoting a number, understands their own operation.

What happens to a candidate who does not pass vetting or training?

This tells you whether standards are actually enforced or whether every candidate who applies eventually gets deployed somewhere.

If a supplier answers these questions specifically and in writing, that is a good sign regardless of who they are. If they answer with reassurance instead of specifics, treat that as the answer.
